Thank you for taking an interest in Balloons and Tunes, Paul & Pam Pearce are a husband & wife team who are both Certified Balloon Artists through the Qualatex Balloon Network, they are both members of Equity and NABAS (the national Association of Balloon Artists and Suppliers. Paul & Pam pride themselves on the standard of service they offer ALL Clients whatever the size of booking whether Corporate or Private Bookings.
Over the years they have won many awards for their work and had recognition for their community involvement in Tamworth Staffordshire where they reside. Please find below a list of some of the awards they have received.
2009 - June - Paul & Pam receive recongnition for their 15 years involvement with Burton Queens Hospital league of Friends
2009 - May - Pam passes her Assessment and becomes a NABAS Approved Instructor for teaching Balloon Art in Decoration and design
2008 - November - Paul and Pam win 3 more awards at the Nabas Festival of Art show and also receive 2 Silver and a Bronze certificate of Acheivement for entries at the competition
2008 - October - Paul passes his Assessment and becomes a NABAS
Approved Instructor for teaching Balloon Art in Decoration
2008 - Pam & Paul pass their PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the LifeLong Learning Sector) course enabling them to continue on and become NABAS Approved Tutors
2008 - Paul and Pam enter the Competitions at International Party Show and recieve a third place for their Mardi Gras Centrepiece
2007 - Paul & Pam receive recongnition for their involvement with Burton Queens Hospital league of Friends
2007 - Paul & Pam enter the Nabas (National Association of Balloon Artists and Suppliers) Competitions for the first time and receive 3 Silver and 1 Bronze Award for the work they submitted.
2004 - Balloons and Tunes is nominated in the Tamworth & Lichfield Small Business of the Year Award and enter a power point presentation of the story so far.
2003/4 Paul & Pam win European Qualatex Balloon Decoration Company of the year whilst out at a Qualatex Event in Amsterdam - by entering a power point presentation on some of the work they have completed for different Asda stores across the Midlands in the previous 12 months.
2001 Paul & Pam entered for the second time the competitions held at the International Party & Halloween Show April - NEC and this time won the 1st Prize for the Large Sculpture with their BIG WHEEL
2001 - Pam received Tamworth Herald New Years Honour for the work her and Paul do with the local Special Needs School Quince Tree and other parts of the community (Paul was also nominated for the award but you are only allowed to receive 1) now changed its name to Two Rivers School
1999 November - Paul and Pam both receive their Certified Balloon Artist Certification from the Qualatex Balloon Network. Pam being the last lady of the Millenium in the UK to do so.
1994 Paul received Tamworth Herald - New Years Honours award for his work in the setting up the community radio station Palace Fm and working with the Radio Academy trying to get a full time Radio license for the area of South Stafforshire which these days is broadcasting as Touch radio
1991/2 Dj of the year award from Discos in Staffordshire Counties Association.
Balloons and Tunes is an International Award Winning Company in Balloon Decoration, Childrens Entertainment, Balloon Art Team building (with a twist) and Balloon Decoration Teaching as well as Balloon Twisting Teaching. Most of our services are in Tamworth, the Midlands and areas of England & Wales, but we will travel if we can.
